The staff was so helpful and caring. I had terrible back spasms and they helped me find a proper orthopedic clinic for treatment. I was there for 4-5 days until my back got better and all the staff was supportive and hoping I got better. The hotel itself is lovely as well and the Ohnsen is nice. Thanks so much to everyone there for helping me!

We rented a car at Kochi Ryoma Airport. The guesthouse was conveniently located near the airport and the freeway, making it easy to access our destination, Dogo Onsen. Initially, I was concerned about parking, but the guesthouse was on a wide road, which is important to know when renting a car in Japan. It was simple to maneuver in and out of the parking spaces located behind the house. The guesthouse was in the town of Noichi, where we enjoyed delicious meals at nearby restaurants. Additionally, its central location between my two other destinations, Kochi-shi and Aki-shi, meant that I didn't have to drive a lot in one day. Our host, Kyoko-san, was incredibly friendly and kind. Since it was the off-season, she gave the three of us two rooms, which allowed for a comfortable stay. I slept well during our time there. Unfortunately, I lost a hubcap from the rental car—it's a long story. On our departure morning, Kyoko-san went out of her way to prepare breakfast for my son and me. After saying our goodbyes, Kyoko-san called to inform us that my son had left his passport and charger behind. She kindly brought them all the way to the airport for us. Overall, I felt that the guesthouse was truly a home away from home.

When we booked this, we were a bit surprised to see that it included free breakfast and free lunch as was described, so we weren't really sure what to expect. We arrived later into the night and this hotel is pretty hard to find down the dark streets, so navigation is a must. It's in a very quiet area. We were told that we had to let them know about the morning breakfast choice (Japanese or Western) before 2AM to ensure it's ready in the morning. We also inquired about the menu that was in the room, and to our surprise, you can basically pick anything from the menu 24 hours a day, 1 drink and 1 food item, as included in the price, so we took advantage of this and ordered some drinks and snacks as well. The room was a bit dated, but still gets you into the mood :D, it is a love hotel after all. Lots of VOD selection for your fantasies.

Everything! Attention to detail. Labels in English on everything. So many amenities provided. Super comfortable pillows & bed. Netflix provided. Spotlessly clean. Big parking space. Could have stayed longer than 2 days easily.

I absolutely loved staying here. It was so quaint and peaceful with the best view. It was in a great location with lots of sights nearby. Would definitely stay here again
