We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Nachi Falls and were very pleased! Yes, the hotel and rooms may seem a little outdated, but the care from the owner who greeted us and the wonderful location of the hotel itself smooth out all these minuses! A nice room with two beds and everything you need: a refrigerator, sockets near the bed, a beautiful view of the sea from our windows, the bathroom has everything you need (we also saw that on the first floor you can take consumables, such as disposable toothbrushes and other small things)

The owner was really friendly and chatted for quite a while. Location was only 11 minutes from Nachi Falls by car and easy to find from the expressway. Room was cosy, clean and was as expected.

Great location right at Kumano Nachi Taisha and Nachi Falls. Wonderful dinner and breakfast provided. Also included all you can eat ice cream :) Comfortable futon on tatami floors. I was lucky to have a view of Nachi Falls from my room.

This property is a beautiful home situated right at the bottom of the Daimonzaka. The location is absolutely amazing. There is a little river running out front, the house is tucked away into the trees so it is very private, and there are stone steps that run through a little bamboo grove, right to the Daimonzaka just a few meters away. It’s very special. The house is also very comfortable with the beauty of and old-style Japanese house, combined with all the modern amenities including western beds and a washlet toilet.

The host was super friendly and hospitable. Amazing homemade ramen and sushi were served with heart. Very organized and spotless in the house we live in, which looks like a restaurant turned accommodation - but comfy enough! With such good price, this went well above exceptional! Gave us an umbrella to go with us when the weather turned bad on the day when we checked out.
