The room was a good size with an actual double bed, it’s close to the Shinkansen station, and the breakfast was really good. Overall great value for money.

Simpy WOW! It is really an amazing place. We stayed there for one night just to get the experience in staying in a ryokan with onsen. We like anime so we chose this one as it has some features of Demon Slayer anime :) Room was amazing, sleeping on futons was really comfortable. Room was spacious. We were wearing yukatas during our stay and it was just amazing! Onsen was wonderful! And the dinner - OMG - super tasty! we felt really welcomed there and taken care of. One staff member who spoke English very well was explaining us what we were eating, how to cook different parts of the meal etc. It was so lovely. We really appreciate that! If we ever come to Japan again we will go there for sure.

Staff were very accommodating for us, especially since we were unable to make the first night due to the heavy snowfall. They were communicative and understanding and we hope to visit again soon !
