Great for solo travelers- not absolute luxury, but absolutely way more than I expected relative to the price. The location can also be a boon to weary travelers arriving at off hours- not only is the desk operated 24/7, but there are several businesses nearby that are open late to eat. Furthermore, being directly next to the sea creates a nice and peaceful atmosphere.

Comfortable bed and the room was quite large! Plenty of space for luggage and re-packing. The room had everything I needed. This location is good for those with cars but I don't think it would suit those needing to use public transport as it's a bit out of the way.

It was cheep and I was able to book it lest second when another booking fell through

Reception staff were excellent at making calls in Japanese for us to help locate the CPAP machine suitcase (NB assist for Sleep Apnea) that got left of the bus.

We had the room with the private pool and it was exceptional. Great stay, great value for money

The room was very spacious and smoking inside was fine with the window open. The beds were comfortable and everything worked fine

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Fantastic breakfast, well worth the money. We hope to be able to stay there again. Quiet room. Some laser show with music in the evenings on the stadium. Great views of the Mount Inasa

Clean modern elegant facilities

The location of the hotel which is on the hill so that we can see the beautiful city view. It's hard to reach the hotel without a car but the hotel has free shuttle bus between hotel and train station which run every 30 minutes. The staffs are good and willing to service.

Public Onsen was Tatami floored and was fun experience. I am not a big fun of raw fish, but "Kaisen-don" which raw fish topped bowl rice was so delicious.

It was in a great location from main train station as well as then getting the bus to the airport. And generally getting around the city to see the sights. The bed was comfortable room was clean and staff super helpful and polite

Accessible to all forms of transportation. Amuplaza mall/ JR train station is walking distance , bus station is 2 blocks away too. There's a small onsen at the 11th floor , free ramen and popcicles and free washing machine too! Drying is for a small fee. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Rooms are very clean . Pyjamas are provided as well as toiletries . There's some construction around the hotel. If you open your window at night, you may hear the drilling . We did ,as we can not adjust the AC.

It’s beautiful and the service was excellent

Convenient to a street car stop on the main line that passes the JR train station, so easily connects with the shinkansen and local services. Just a few stops further and you are at the Peace Park and other landmarks. Short bus or walk across the river to get to the ropeway up Mt Inasa for the amazing view across the city and harbour.

Hotel a little dated but units are clean and exceptional. Up in the hills so nice view of Nagasaki. Onsen public onsen is a plus.

Location and accommodation were perfect!

I rarely give 10/10 stars. However, this property was fantastic! Amenities were given, and recommendations were made for breakfast and dinner in the local area. As we only had 2 people, we had an extra two beds, which was nice. A coin-operated laundry machine was handy, and it was the only one on the floor. The check-in process was simple and easy to use. The beds were very comfy, and although we didn't use the kitchen facilities, having a microwave and fridge/freezer was handy. This property would be great for solo, couples and families. I believe they also had an expandable bit to the apartment which could house another two beds (total of 6 people). I was very happy with the stay, with clear instructions being sent prior to check-in. The location was 60 60-second walk over the bridge to the Nagasaki train station, with convenience stores about a 30-second walk away too.

Beautiful rooms, serene and relaxing, lovely staff, simply superb in all respects.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of bus station, JR, Tram, mall and restaurants. The staffs allowed us to store our luggage even though we had checked out. They were helpful during the check in and check out. Even though the space is compact, the layout made enough space for you to move around
