Great for solo travelers- not absolute luxury, but absolutely way more than I expected relative to the price. The location can also be a boon to weary travelers arriving at off hours- not only is the desk operated 24/7, but there are several businesses nearby that are open late to eat. Furthermore, being directly next to the sea creates a nice and peaceful atmosphere.

Comfortable bed and the room was quite large! Plenty of space for luggage and re-packing. The room had everything I needed. This location is good for those with cars but I don't think it would suit those needing to use public transport as it's a bit out of the way.

It was cheep and I was able to book it lest second when another booking fell through

Reception staff were excellent at making calls in Japanese for us to help locate the CPAP machine suitcase (NB assist for Sleep Apnea) that got left of the bus.

Very cozy beds and spacious room, excellent value for money, beautiful bathroom and overall very beautiful hotel facilities. A variety of free teas, too.

The room was very spacious and smoking inside was fine with the window open. The beds were comfortable and everything worked fine

Excellent location. Lovely room. Good breakfast

Magnificent and beautifully appointed rooms, great location with next door popular takoyaki and onomiyaki business. Great for walking with hilly environment. Staff were great.

Easy access to central Nagasaki and the most wonderful suite on the 6th floor we've ever stayed in, and access to refreshments in the lounge on the 4th floor. Great value, and a tour of the amazing facilities the following morning by a very proud member of staff capped it off.

It is a great place to stay. Staffs are extremely helpful and the hotel view is great. A must stay place on Nagasaki!’

Stayed at the Quadruple Room with Bath for three nights. Room was clean, and absolutely beautiful. The bathtub overlooked the city and had sea view too. The front desk staff (I think her name was Shiho) was also very friendly and patiently explained when I asked about the lounge / bath usage / meals. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Lounge was pretty especially during sunset. The dinner I added on was very filling too. Quite a lot for one pax.

It was in a great location from main train station as well as then getting the bus to the airport. And generally getting around the city to see the sights. The bed was comfortable room was clean and staff super helpful and polite

Spacious rooms compare to many hotels. Excellent location, with lift in front of hotel, need not to worry about carry heavy luggage from staircase. 7-11 just next to it. Can direct charge from USB or type C, cable provided as well.

It's simply the best. My best stay in Japan. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, enough space in the room, and the best are the Onsen on the roof! Also the opening times of the spa area are so good. Even at 11 pm you can go up and enjoy a nice rest after a long day of visiting the city.

The breakfast is really nice, and so is the hotel. The view is also stunning.

Convenient to a street car stop on the main line that passes the JR train station, so easily connects with the shinkansen and local services. Just a few stops further and you are at the Peace Park and other landmarks. Short bus or walk across the river to get to the ropeway up Mt Inasa for the amazing view across the city and harbour.

Newly built. Clean & convenient.

Location and accommodation were perfect!

The price and quality are exactly as expected. The staff are very nice, helpful and considerate.

I rarely give 10/10 stars. However, this property was fantastic! Amenities were given, and recommendations were made for breakfast and dinner in the local area. As we only had 2 people, we had an extra two beds, which was nice. A coin-operated laundry machine was handy, and it was the only one on the floor. The check-in process was simple and easy to use. The beds were very comfy, and although we didn't use the kitchen facilities, having a microwave and fridge/freezer was handy. This property would be great for solo, couples and families. I believe they also had an expandable bit to the apartment which could house another two beds (total of 6 people). I was very happy with the stay, with clear instructions being sent prior to check-in. The location was 60 60-second walk over the bridge to the Nagasaki train station, with convenience stores about a 30-second walk away too.

Within New Plaza and Railway complex.Breakfast presented on own tray preordered at checkin, Japanese or Western, so no queuing.

Location. Extremely efficient and pleasant service at all levels. Large rooms with great amenities

Private room was cheaper than a dorm bed would have been on the weekend in Fukuoka. It was small but well equipped and clean, this hotel is high standard for a very good rate, excellent value! Nagasaki is a very beautiful city, worth to spend a few days there and Hotel Wing Port is the perfect base. Location is also great, steps from the JR station and next to the coach terminal, in the very centre between all the attractions.
