Location was very convenient, the presentation of the room/apartment/home was stunning.

Exceeded expectations as I wasn’t expecting such an elaborate hotel, best part was the parking. Hotel staff spoke good English Room was like photos and sort of what we expected, bed was very hard pillow was even harder, we got food close by which was nice and we just had 1 night with a car before we dropped back at the rental place and headed off.

Good value for money. Staff were nice. Breakfast was adequate. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. Toiletries and pajamas were always available. Room was clean and comfortable. That's why we always choose Toyoko Inn when going to Japan.

Location! Staffs and the beautiful modern new hotel!!!!

The location is prime, and the staff provided impeccable service. It's close to 2 stations, and they have a vending machine inside the building as well. They allow you to keep your baggage prior to exploring.

The staff service was excellent, the room not that big, but comfortable.

Central location. Breakfast and Happy Hour included. Things like free toiletries, ice, wifi were a bonus.

I happened to be sick during the time I was there, and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me (due to language barriers) to identify medical care options. It was much appreciated.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is great, in a very popular night club area, you don’t hear any road noise & we felt very safe arriving later in the evening. ¥20 taxi ride from the train station.
