This was by far the best hotel in which I have stayed in my multiple trips to Iwate. Amazing customer service, overall cleanliness and amenities. The Inn keeper is a lovely lady who always looked after me. Coffee is flat! The hot bath was wonderful and you'll always have it for yourself! Toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, towels and the likes were provided. I also had fun browsing through the magazine corner. The Ryokan is approx. a 20 minutes walk from the station (personally I enjoyed that after the long train ride) and 7Eleven, and 5 mins from the nearest Lawson's. There were a few restaurants nearby that had good meals. All in all, I was looking for a moderately priced place to stay and found a friendly home. Thank you!

All the information and guidance was clear. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff and other guests were so friendly. It was wonderful experience to spend one night here and I definitely will visit again next time I visit Morioka.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great amenities mainly being the free onsen for guests. We didn't get to try the breakfast but enjoyed the cool vibes of the adjoining bar at the reception area. Also very convenient having a coin washer and dryer available to use.
