The host,the staff and the apartment were exceptionally excellent. Friendly host and staff. Always available and ready to go an extra mile just to ensure customer comfort.The apartment was cleaned and new supplies provided on time.Am a regular visitor to Mombasa but this being the first time to be hosted here,I can without blinking an eye a ward a first class service award.
