I was surprised to learn at check-in that it was a bed-only booking. I liked the proximity to CBD and the staff's hospitality; Laureen and Janerose were exceptional. The meals were equally great. I liked the meal options though. I likely the pool location so serene with a cool breeze.

The ambience is great! The food options are great, we had the all inclusive package, and the staff members are supportive. The cleaning of the rooms is well done and the hotel is well fumigated such that you do not really encounter lots of mosquitoes. The hotel also has entertainment.

The residents of Mombasa are very friendly and welcoming to tourists. Of course, there are vendors on the beach offering all sorts of goods, but a polite refusal is almost always accepted. You'll find everything you need in the supermarkets. If you're planning a longer stay, get a Safaricom SIM card with an M-Pesa account. It makes shopping even easier.

Mombasa has a number of attractions to visit; a number of beaches to pick from (private or public) per your budget; friendly people; easy to move around (ride-ailing, public transportation); its a beach city, so prepare to the high humidity!

The people and their culture. Very friendly community. Their traditional Madafu drink from the coconut calms the body system, their traditional food roasted and deep fried cassava was mouth watering. Easy to get from the beach to the street vendors. It’s Holiday time, Mombasa is the place to be.

Absolutely loved the really warm sea, clean beaches which were never overcrowded with safe places to leave ones things. Wild Water was great fun with no long queues for the slides and tubes, Fort Jesus was really interesting and a great look back into the history of the place. Very easy to get around with vans, taxis and tuk-tuks, not sure I would want to drive myself, very hectic. Mombasa has two distinct sides, the modern shopping malls and the traditional side of Kenya with it's little street shops and stalls with I love. I would defiantly recommend as a visit and already looking forward to my next trip.

Always fun to be here.

Always fun to be here. I will always come back many times over. Love the old town, the food and the mixed cultures. Full of spice, oriental and african and arabic such a cross roads. A city that is older than the country just pure beauty. Loved every second of it

Beautiful town,worth all the experience If you want a less quiet area visit Diani beach, its quiet, a lil bot rural but the best amd most of the attractions happen there..If you want a more busier place visit Mombasa city, more civilized..Overall I enjoyed Diani

Winnie has a lovely home (I say home because that's what it'll feel like). Three minutes walk to the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. A quick drive or walk to City Mall for any of your shopping needs. Directly opposite Kingston Hotel, who has fantastic burgers. 5 stars on the house, the proximity to the beach and public amenities, on the host and her on ground help. She, the host, was quick to answer when we reached out and was very accommodating to our requests. Sunrise views from the rooftop were breathtaking.

The major thing that I like about this place is its location and value for money. On one side you have the Creek view and on the other hand when you exit the hotel, its easily accesable to the Town. You wont find a place in Nyali at this price with the same services and facilities. The staff is extremly cooperative and welcoming. A very lively place at night, you wont feel bored sitting by the pool and bar with the creek view. Its been years, it has remained my choice of stay in Mombasa.

Mid-range hotel on a nice stretch of beach north of Mombasa. We only stayed one night but our rooms (deluxe) were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful - they turned round our laundry in 4 hours and kindly gave us breakfast boxes to take away as we had an early check out. Nice pools, lovely gardens and plenty of sun loungers.

Fantastic location on a cliff above the beach. Lovely selection at breakfast. Helpful diving centre. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful - special call out to Maureen who upgraded me to a lovely sea facing room on the second floor - had the most amazing sunrises from my balcony. Loved that it was not has busy and noisy as bigger resorts in Mombasa.

Clean, tidy, newly renovated and very well placed in the Mombasa island CBD. Close to the Old Town and Fort Jesus. With all the road works happening on the road to Bumburi Beach, this location is much better! The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
