A really lovely, helpful family runs this wonderful guesthouse. I stayed in the yurt and had a really warm and comfortable bed. The views through the apricot orchard to the snowy mountains was stunning. Breakfast was delicious .

From the 5-star (is there such a thing as 10-star?) cooking to the comfortable bends and cozy atmosphere of family life, Macedon's house is just the place to be. I would travel to Kyrgyzstan again just to visit them. You will be so happy you stayed here. The host family were great! The mum was very welcoming and she made tea for us instantly as it was very cold outside. She also offered us freshly made bread and home-made raspberry jam which was delicious. The dorm room was already made up, very clean and comfortable. The whole place just had a very nice, family vibe to it. In the morning she made us Aromo (Kyrgyz dumplings) and more bread and tea. We felt really lucky! Her two kids were so cute too.
