The hotel is not what it look like in the pictures. The pool is really small and for children only. The room was really stink of mold from the shower. We could not close the windows because that smell. The beds are horrible and after eating we had stomach issues

On the day we checked out, we were able to leave our baggage there. When we came to pick it up we had to wait for our driver and the owners served us tea and snacks and helped talking on the phone to the driver to explain directions.

Panorama has a garden, shared lounge, barbecue facilities and terrace in Cholpon-Ata. Owners are so nice and full of hospitality for guests. They comfortably accepted my favor for pick up from bus stop and going open air museum after serving good breakfast. The location is good so that I can see both mountain and the lake from hotel. I’d like to stay again next time too!
