Only one staff was available, the cleaner and she was very helpful. Always ready to help, assisted me to move room when the TV of the first assigned was not working, she help call taxi at my exit, she was always willing to help.

Excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Facilities were very good (suitable for a couple as the bathroom door is semi-transparent and without a lock). Washing machine provided and clothes airing rack (clothes horse). Amazing staff members - especially Scarlett who helped organise parking when their parking area was full and also walked us through town recommending restaurants to us! Breakfast was also available and great! From this location, we visited Geoje Panorama Cable Car, Jangsado Island and DPIRANG - all accessible via car! Definitely, would visit again!
