Very kind staff. Breakfast is amazing 🤩

Сотрудники заселили меня раньше, убрались быстро, так как я пришла в 10 утра. В комнате было все необходимое: ванные принадлежности, вода, чай, тапочки, кондиционер и холодильник. В комнате были чисто, тихо. Расположение далеко от центра города, но мне нужно было именно это часть, поэтому для меня все места были в шаговой доступности.

Staff is very helpful. We were welcomed with a smile. Bathroom was spacious and super clean. So was the room. For breakfast you could choose between porridge or eggs. Location is good in a quiet neighborhood just some minutes walk from centre. The excellent restaurant "Samarkand" is near. We loved this hotel. If we come back to Taraz we will stay here again.

Staff are excellent. Professional and always willing to accommodate needs.

What did you like about the property? The hotel is new, clean, and modern. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location near the park

Abai Inn staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and very helpful during my stay. The first room I was given had a problem with the air conditioning and I was immediately provided with a new room. Housekeeping was excellent and reception desk staff always available to answer questions. It was a good location, with nearby restaurants, coffeeshops and within walking distance to my work destination. Laundry service was fast.
