Luang Prabang is such a special, magical place, and Chaluenxay Boutique Hotel was the perfect base to experience it all. The location is absolutely amazing—right on the same street as the National Museum and surrounded by stunning temples, the night market, and Phousi Hill. I stayed in a wonderful first-floor room with a balcony that was incredibly comfortable, and having free coffee and water available all day was such a thoughtful touch. ​The staff here are all so nice, but Robert the manager was a true standout. He was alert, attentive, and deeply professional 24/7, making sure every part of my stay was enjoyable. I’m writing this on my way to the airport feeling so grateful for the care I received. A perfect, soulful stay in a beautiful city!
