Where to begin? The location is perfect. Close to everything but not in the middle of the noise. The place is super charming and welcoming. The breakfast is simple and delicious! Eggs, bread, jam, fruits, coffee, and you even get to choose a drink like a banana smoothie, orange juice, or something similar. The entire staff is super friendly and Robert is incredibly attentive, always ready to answer any question and help with whatever you need. The hotel is super welcoming and you feel right at home. Super calm and peaceful for a perfect night's sleep. I have no words to describe how wonderful our stay at this place was. Highly recommended!

The place is conveniently located. The receptionist John was so kind and welcoming, he shared with us the recommendations, helped arrange a great day trip, put our expenses on a bill so that we could pay for everything by card. The breakfast was delicious and they have good variety to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at when in Luang Prabang.

Fantastic service and facilities. Very kind and helpful staff. Ice cold air conditioning and nice swimming pool. Handy supermarket across the street. Tour desk with great tours and train reservations. Nice and quiet location a little out of the city centre. Highly recommended.

the hotel is very clean, inside the room and outside the room. I see staff cleans the stairs, the beam of balcony often. the breakfast is good. Generally staff are very nice and helpful, helping us with renting car to go to waterfall and to airport, I like particularly smiles of young man when we checked in in early evening. He is very nice, friendly and helpful.

This is one of the nicest stays I've ever had. My sister and i were treated so well from start to finish. They're incredibly attentive, reply quickly, organize everything very well, beautiful room and facilities, breakfast was amazing and it just all makes you feel at home.
