Kimberly, Darrel and their staff made us feel at home in their beautiful villa. The main floor has a huge kitchen connected to the terrace with the pool. We had a wonderful time in the morning enjoying delish breakfast and admiring the view. Kimberly gave us amazing recommendations on restaurants and activities to do, including local stuff as well. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back! Also, forget about my selfie, I did not know how to remove it from the pics selected lol

The property was lovely. Our apartment was very cozy and modern. It was very clean and comfortable, and an amazing use of space. Only thing missing is an on property chef :)! Housekeepers are available very often, and do a great job. The Host was AMAZING. She was very friendly, attentive and proactive. Always willing and available to help. She provided recommendations for site seeing, as well as dining options. All our needs were met, and everyone responsible for the property and its upkeep were patient and warm. We will definitely consider staying again in the future. Great property, great people.

Our hostess Pat was warm and welcoming and accommodated our request to check in early. Our apartment was large, spacious and had a lovely veranda for relaxing. She thoughtfully provided breakfast ingredients for us to get us started the next morning. She provided a very comprehensive welcome book with lots of good suggestions about places to eat, activities and local resources. Pat is a genuinely pleasant person who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The Royal Escape is well worth a stay.

Amazing hospitality by Ruth. Spectacular view. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Nice to have a washing machine. Nice location. Pleasant little town, close to Soufriere and not too far to drive from the airport at Castries.

Communication prior and during the stay was great, easy and very fast. They arranged transfers, a great driver/guide for a day trip. They also arrange car rental. Beautiful view, it does not get better than that. On site restaurant for breakfast, dinner with very competitive prices. The garden and pool area is very relaxing, you can pick your own fruit. 10 min walk to the pier to get the small beach shuttle (takes you to Marigot dive/beach resort). There are also other restaurants at the pier. The room is super cozy, tastefully designed. The reception offers free coffee and cookies, water throughout the day. Ann and Danny are on site, should you need anything. Fantastic hosts, taking care of small details. St Lucia has thousands of accomodation, I truly can recommend this one!

Sooo beautiful! Looked like I was in a magazine. The rooms are stunning too, can’t go wrong with any of them. The bar is great. The food is great. The owner we met is great. All staff is great. The spa has wonderful workers we did a couples massage and I felt the TLC they put in to make you rejuvenated

I loved the natural beauty that surrounded us and the...

I loved the natural beauty that surrounded us and the natural landscape. There was beach access close by. The major roads were excellent, giving relatively easy access to the capital city, and the South and East coasts.. There are major road works that have been completed and some are in progress in the area. This can also be a source of traffic disruption but it is worth it for the great roads that are evident so far. Most of our activities were outside of Anse La Raye but the loacation allowed us reasonably easy access to other parts of the island.

We really liked Anse La Raye.

We really liked Anse La Raye. It's a typical fishing village where you can see how locals live. I do recommend restaurant called Valelse Sports Bar & Soup Kitchen. We dined there on 4 occasions, food and service we really good:)

This small fishing village has no tourist gloss and you feel...

This small fishing village has no tourist gloss and you feel like you're experiencing the real St Lucia. There is an excellent bar Valelse which serves great cocktails. The beach is quiet and you only have to share it with fishing boats.
