The property is really lovely. The mattress was top. The shower was different (positively). It's cool as the kids would say. It was clean and had almost all the mod cons. The neighbours were also really friendly and helpful. I can recommend the stay.

Large, clean property! Air conditioning, lovely little touches in the bathroom like bars of soap, a first aid kit and a basket of freshly laundered washcloths and plenty of fresh towels, a washing machine on the balcony with laundry soap provided.

The Pink House is located in beautiful gardens, just across the lawn from the owner's house. The owners were there during the time we stayed and they were extremely welcoming and helpful if we needed anything. Josline, the owners' housekeeper, is lovely. She was also very helpful when we needed anything. Josline is also a professionally trained masseuse and beautician and I highly recommend her therapeutic massage and skin treatments! She has treatment rooms just down the road at her home, but she will also come to The Pink House with her massage table if you prefer. A massage was the perfect thing for the morning after we arrived, after our long flight from the UK! Another highlight of our stay was meeting Angela, the owners' neighbour, who will bring dinner and/or breakfast to you on request! The house is well located in terms of accessibility to the beautiful town of Soufrière (about 30 mins drive) and for a visit to the Sulphur Springs and Volcano, or Hotel Chocolat's 'Project Chocolat', where you can experience making your own bar of chocolate. We had fun doing that! Closer to the house we enjoyed a lunch and a dinner at Tet Rouge, a hotel located up the hill from La Pointe, with stunning views from the restaurant terrace. Our favourite local beach was Sabwisha Beach (noted as Sah Beach on the Pink House website) which is a short drive away, on the way to Choiseul. The closest beach is within walking distance, about 10 mins along the road to Choiseul town, but its not always possible to swim there, as it is fairly exposed and more at the whim of the wind and waves. Anse L'Ivrogne is up the hill from The Pink House and is safer / easier for swimming, although at the moment (March 2025) there is a lot of construction going on above the beach. You can still use the beach though.

I was travelling solo and very exhausted when I arrived. Thankfully the apartment was very easy to locate. The host (who was excellent) provided contact info so I could have food delivered. The food was great. There is a supermarket , bank and café next door The entire apartment was well equipped and sparkling clean. The pool on the roof is a great place to relax and cool off after a hot day of hiking. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay at Tranquility Suites.

Ladera also offers a diverse and well-curated selection of experiences, from culinary adventures to cultural immersions. One standout was the local fish fry night, which captured the heart and soul of St. Lucian culture with amazing food by Ladera's exceptional chef, music, and community vibes. The attention to detail across the entire property—whether in the service, design, or guest experience—was of high quality. It was the little touches that made a big impact: the thoughtful treats left in the room, the warm, curated wine and rum rooms (though the rum room could use a bit less air conditioning to better reflect the island vibe), and the seamless way every need seemed anticipated. Having a mobile phone provided to contact staff at any time was a thoughtful and convenient touch that made us feel supported and looked after. A little more island soul on-site with more evening experiences would bring even more depth to the stay. Meeting Christian and Sonja, the resort's managers, was an absolute pleasure. Their presence and genuine hospitality gave a unique character to the resort—warm, attentive, and sincerely welcoming. Their passion for guest experience clearly resonates throughout the team and property.

I absolutely loved my 4-night stay at this hotel! The service from the staff was excellent—warm, attentive, and always helpful. The restaurant team was especially brilliant, and the food was nothing short of amazing. The swimming pool offers the most breathtaking views of the Pitons—simply unforgettable. Their rum punch? Strong and delicious! The hotel also offers a variety of tours, a free daily shuttle, and complimentary yoga sessions every other day, which is perfect for travelers looking to relax or explore. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
