Incredible location! 🌱💚🌱 You are in the middle of a beautiful, huge garden - it's such an experience! Charaka was such a wonderful host to us, communicating everything so well and made us feel so welcome there right away. We were in s little garden chalet, with our own dining table and terrace from where we could observe the garden and it's beautiful birds and chipmunks. The decorations are beautiful too! Everything is natural fabrics mixed with traditional antiques and filtered spring water in our room. They really have an eye for detail and want it all to be as natural as possible. The bed is super comfy and everything is really clean overall. Outstanding was also the breakfast - delicious home made food (mostly sourced from their own garden - they even have rice fields!!). It was plenty and so rich in flavor . If we are in the area, we will definitely come back, it was so relaxing after our long travel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and attached bathroom were big and clean. The shower was one of best we had in Sri Lanka. Very early airport shuttle was provided by the host at a reasonable price. There are lots of restaurants close by. Very much recommended.
