An incredible place where you can sleep in luxury in the middle of the Sri Lankan jungle. The staff is wonderful and friendly, food was excellent. Everything's organic and fresh and homemade. So tasty!!! They their own cardamom ice cream, cardamom grows outside your room, as well as lemongrass and mini-guavas. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the Sri Lankan mountains, Going to sleep with the noises of the wet jungle- everything is an adventure in this place. (Watch out for bloodsucking leeches!) I did a half day trek up the knuckles range with their guide, thanks to him I was lucky to spot some leaf nose lizards. What a beautiful creature. Highly recommend this place.

It was so dreamy. Top of the mountains yet a touch if luxury everywhere. One of a lifetime experience. The food was exceptional. Chef and his team are really going beyond. I dont usually eat 3 times a day but couldnt help myself with the food in Santani. Everyone was super friendly and attentive.

In the evening, we played football in the hotel’s beautiful playground while watching the sunset over the water — it was an unforgettable moment. We Are so happy we chose King's Villa over a hotel in the center as Kandy is busy and noisy. We had a great time staying there, the villa was very comfortable with privacy is the best, the garden and the pool incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, service was quick and the food was great! homemade breakfast with ingredients from the garden highly recommended. Great entrance hall with comfortable couches and nice terrace outside with sunbeds and tables for breakfast and dinner. Looking forward to our next trip and we will be returning to this Villa for a longer stay.
