Amazing service. Very helpful and attentive. Amazing views and a very comfortable nights sleep. I cannot reccomend this place enough. The host even went out of his way to arrange a spa treatment and transport there! Food was authentic and delicious. I will be coming back!

Nice staff. Super charming building, really authentic, once owned by Queen Elizabeth's accountant. There's a picture of the Queen visiting the place. The hotel has a nice pool and beautiful aesthetics.

Amazing Colonial Villa, peace and tranquility. Our stay was like a dream from the first moment we arrived. The building is a hidden gem, in a very peaceful surroundings, with a beautiful plantation behind the villa. The pool and a veranda is a very protected place, surrounded with high trees, birds singing, the place is aery and calm. This is also where the breakfast was served in the morning. We had the choice between English or Sri Lankan breakfast, we tried both, and it was a treat. The crew of the house is very polite and discreet but fulfilling all the wishes one can think of. And every morning a different kinds of flowers waiting for you on the table, personally picked by the owner lady, who is a very kind person and taking good care of the guests. Our room was spacious, the bed big and comfortable, everything high end. We also tried the Ayurveda treatment, and it was very special. It really renewed my body and soul. We only spent 2 days there, and surely it wasn’t enough, so we hope to come back soon. The best experience on our Sri Lanka journey. Words can describe.

We had a wonderful experience here. This place is calm and relaxing, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and beautifully kept surroundings. The prices were very reasonable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The elephants are phenomenal, what an incredible experience from the hotel pool. Loved watching the elephants come and go twice daily for a couple hours at a time. My daughter celebrated her 4th birthday on one of the days we stayed & staff made a very big deal to help celebrate for her, they went above and beyond.

We lived this property because it was so close to where the elephants pass to get to the river to bath. The family were very kind. We had one lovely night here. We saw so many animals and birds from the balcony. It’s was a lovely stay.
