Two bedrooms upstairs, and reasonably large living/kitchen area downstairs, perfect for familly with two kids. Attention to guests is exceptional - not only do you get a nice and clean place with extra facilities like dishwasher, but you can find things like games for kids, beach umbrella, candles and books - browse around the cupboards! Balcony feels very private, no neighbour windows in front or nearby, and even though the view is car-parking facing, all you see is the treetops when you're sitting there. Overall very quiet neighbourhood, spent most of our evenings in the terrace, huge bonus:)
