The location is stunning. Campsite has some of the best facilities we have come across. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a leaf, which was equipped with more than expected. You can start many hiking trails from this destination which were all incredible. A big thank you to the LeafMaxi team for a great stay!

From the time we arrived we were treated very well, with everything about the Hotel explained and even an upgrade of our room. Our bikes were put in a looked room overnight for us and our bags, which we had many were taken to our room.We highly recommend this Hotel, and believe it should be rated higher than 3 stars.

Wow what a wonderful establishment! Staying on the river itself has such a magical feeling and then the rooms just add to that. Very clean and modern with a few vintage touches here and there which draws on the hotel's wonderful history. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant also serves top quality food and their day menus are something to look forward to everytime.

Good location near the city center. The park is across road, which is ideal for doggy guest. Very kind and helpfull hotel owner. Perfect cleanliness. The ground floor of the hotel has a very good atmosphere.

We want to thank Olivier for the help he give when my...

We want to thank Olivier for the help he give when my partner was falling from the stairs outside in the evening and Olivier called the ambulance and take care for my partner all the time. Also Olivier is a great doglover and he give our dog some special dogfood, that was a nice surprise for our dog . all the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much for them if you want something. We always enjoy our stay when we are in Cocoon La Rive. I want to thank everybody for the great hospitality. Best regards, Johan,Linda and our dog Farah

The site is right on top of the mountain.

The site is right on top of the mountain. The roads are clear and in good condition. The scenery is spectacular! You can see the stars at night. The castle is lit up and looks as if it’s floating in the air! The church is lit up and looks so pretty and you can hear the chimes during the day. There’s lots of birds around ! The views are wow! There are lots of paths to hike, to castles towns and s long the river! Not enough culture. Well you can catch the train from Michalue to Luxembourg it’s free! So are the buses. The architecture and colours and hanging baskets are so pretty.

Huge room, if a bit dated looking, overlooking the lovely little secluded valley with a lovely river and a castle perched on top of the hill. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from . Parking spaces were plenty. Had dinner once in the hotel, at first the steak was very much overcooked, so we sent that back, the second one was better but not medium rare either. Too bad because the quality of meat was good and side dishes and starters were nice.

Luxury hotel really well places near to Bourschied castle. Lots of walks which may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Exactly what we were looking for. Lots to do nearby and on site if you’re active and if not it’s a perfect opportunity to chill out. Parking excellent, room spacious, comfortable and clean.

the hotel sits secluded above a winding river enclosed by trees. a verandah where you eat your meals sits next to and above the river. restaurant excellent. breakfast superior. rooms classy and very tasteful.

The owners are very nice, they had a mistake with my booking and with no hesitation refunded me on the spot. Breakfast was nice too. Short drive to mullertal area for hiking and to Bourscheid castle
