Great staff and management. Fantastic location

The restaurant was top, the room had a real good size with a nice large tv. With option to use Netflix. The bed had also a nice size and a real good matras The breakfast was really good for the price of 10 €

As a solo motorcycle traveller, this hotel was ideal. The secure parking gave me complete peace of mind, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

First of all I would like you thank you. Not only good things happened on holidays and it's very importart how professional the hotel staff are and how they react in crisis situations. This time the SPA crew members passed the exam and practically saved my husband's life. We will never forget what you have done. Big, big THANK YOU! I would like to also thanks to the reception people, to make it easy and help me with everything. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, quaiet, well equipped and comfy. Variety of SPA facility and treatments was amazing (the chocolate wrap was memorable!) Hospitality on the top level. BRASSERIE MAUS KÄTTI offer delicious food and serves you with a smile and warmth. I recommend Villa Welcome and Mondorf domaine thermal from the bottom of my heart. 💜

Very nice clean room. Friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early

The service was very good and the staff spoke good english. Dogs are welcomed to the hotel, which is an extra plus, not many places in the area allow dogs and also compared to other places in the area the price was very good. The staff were considerate with our furry friend and gave us a bigger room so we all fit. We didn't expect that kind of service and were very surprised with the room that was more like a flat with it's own bedroom and living room, very spacy and with nice view. The breakfast was modest, but it was enough. The surrounding area is quiet, not many restaurants, but the Hotel has its own restaurant. Can't say anything about that, since we didn't eat there. There is a nice park in the area to have a stroll at, and very close to the Mondorf SPA.

Cosy atmosphere, great breakfast and excellent restaurant . The Portuguese waiter was very attentive

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and it never fails to delight us. Some of the staff greeted us like old friends even though this was our first visit since 2021. The food and facilities are all superb. As with all great hotels its is the staff that make it special.

Very friendly, modern, clean and spacious rooms with beautiful views. Nice sauna included. Excellent food.

We had a great time, loved the wellness area and the gym! The room was perfectly clean. The restaurant has gluten free options and at breakfast they can also make a gluten free bread.

Large room very clean like the addition of the sauna and Good terrace area, attentive staff
