Easy to find in the centre of a small village. The staff speak good English and are very knowledgable of the local area. Great location to explore “Little Switzerland”. Rooms are very large, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The food in the restaurant is excellent and well priced. Breakfast is included in the price and is also excellent.

An amazing stay. We were welcomed warmly by the host. She gave us a warm and most generous welcome with a treat, knowing we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel is tastefully furnished with quality fittings, the room and beds were spacious and very comfortable. The shower was powerful enough and nice. Breakfast was substantial and gave us always a great start to the day. You can see the host takes pride in all she does, from breakfast to our good night’s rest. We arrived by bus and the hotel is located conveniently and was easy to locate, within a short walking distance in a serene yet central area. Oh and the host gave us a recommendation to a wonderful restaurant just nearby. It was everything she told us it was. All in all, an amazing stay that felt like our home away from home!

The hotel was very clean and our room had been recently renovated. We had a room overlooking the forest. The shower was very clean with beautiful tiles and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were so friendly and very helpful especially when we missed our bus to the airport. A shuttle minibus was very quickly available and we made our flight. The veranda was a lovely place to sit in the evening for a meal and drinks.

We had a great stay at Eden au Lac, the hotel was in a perfect location near the town centre and beside the lake. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The host Patrick was amazing, so helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the bed so so comfortable we slept for nearly 10 hours. I can highly recommend a stay here.

Very cozy hotel, it may seem / feel a bit outdated but this contributes to the charm. Very friendly staff, especially the Italian lady form the evening staff. The restaurant next to is that in fact is part of the hotel, is a big plus. Very good pizza's! Despite what I read in other comments, the breakfast was ok.

The whole hotel is incredibly clean and tranquil, the rooms are well-presented, beds are comfortable, and amenities are good. The area is quiet which makes for a peaceful sleep, but you are out of the way of shops etc. so having a car is ideal
