Location by the stony beach however you have a nice path to get into the sea to have a refreshing swim. Owners are super helpful and you can buy from them fresh chicken eggs, duck eggs, homemade honey and smoked fish. Your property is separate from the owner's and it's spacious and big. Lots to do with kids as there is a basketball ring, a little playground with swings etc. Wonderful outside BBQ space with a roof for rainy days. A hotel with a cafe is nearby, a 5-minute walk if you want to have a meal outside. However, the property kitchen has everything you need. It was a nice experience and a very relaxing atmosphere to recharge your batteries from the daily routine.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, warm, hassle free, definitely will come back. I really loved the apartment I stayed in. A few minutes from shop and beach. Thank you! Great place, can travel with a dog and lots to do with kids. Kitchen and bathroom and all rooms pretty much has everything one needs. Can birdwatch - there were many swans and ducks. Sun rise is wonderful as it hits right on the private beach area horizon.

It is not a town. It is a T-crossing with 3 grocers on it.

It is not a town. It is a T-crossing with 3 grocers on it. The post-Soviet housing area is separated, hidden in the forest and without any practical meaning for the „city-effect”. A small, nice beach on the most northern outskirts of that village. No place to have breakfast. Few places to have lunch. No place to have a propper dinner. Two nights, one day, it is maximum maximorum for Roja.

We visited off season so it was nice and quiet with only a few guests in our hotel and Cape Kolka, nature trails, etc were not busy Since it is off season, it was difficult to get dinner as most restaurants and pubs were closed. Some only open on Thursday through Sunday. Better coordination among eateries would better serve tourists and maybe increase income.

Great location if you are to explore the area or launch on a boat trip. A comfortable guest house in a walking distance from everything you might need in Roja - the port, nature trails, shops and cafes. Good breakfast, amiable and friendly host. Will definitely consider it an option if ever in this region.

The room we stayed was exceptional, the location is perfect, but the best of all was the staff! Not to often we are hosted so welcoming as in this place. After checkout the host give us nice local souvenir, a lovely fridge magnet from Roja! We loved it!

Very good and welcoming staff. It was a nice stay in the calm place.Hotel and building seemed to have a long history and atmosphere was nice. Breakfast was tasty and pleasant surprise. I can surely recommend it.
