Very friendly and helpful owners, newly built, small, but well equipped and cozy apartment (quality materials used), comfortable mattress. Perfect for a short stay. Very nice and tasty bakery on the 1st floor, with very friendly and service minded staff.

Great customer service! We did not realize we needed to arrive prior to 18:00, when the registration personnel were finished for the day. The woman in charge called us to find out when we were arriving and waited for us, extending her day by at least 45 minutes. We are very grateful she went above and beyond -- I was very impressed with her taking the initiative and being kind enough to wait for us. I also liked the uniqueness of the setting -- it was a rare experience for us to stay in a castle. The garden and grounds were also very beautiful. Loved everything about this place.
