The host was super friendly and accommodating! They treated us to delicious berber meals, laundered our clothes, help arrange an excellent tour through the Sahara, and help coordinate getting us to our next destination! I would absolutely recommend a stay at Dar Duna !

It was exceptional experience and a highlight of our one week long road trip. We ended up staying there alone with Gambi and Mustafa and it seemed the most cosy experience to compare with the massive luxury camps madness around. The camp was separated from the touristic camping sites and located in the middle of the dunes. We asked for a camel ride and dinner which was 60eur per person but definitely worth it. The dinner was very tasty, Gambi shared many stories about nomads life and traditions, we woke up with the sunrise at the dunes. After the stay in the desert we could have breakfast and take a shower at the hotel nearby so it was also great after the night in the dunes. Highly recommend!

Youssef and his staff were accomodating and fun. The food was out of this world good! I went with my 2 young children and a friend and we had a wonderful weekend in the desert. Rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and had access to a bathroom and hot showers, in the desert! We will be back. My children loved it as well. Quads, camel rides, and shade in the restaurant made this doable with children.

Our stay at Sahara Majestic Luxury Camp started with Hassan welcoming us at Dar Gamra when we arrived in Merzouga after a long drive from Fes, and ended with us hugging him when he dropped us back to our car. Hassan is such wonderful person, radiating humility and kindness. Our rollercoaster ride through the dunes (about 10 minutes) was a surprise and with Hassan we felt very safe. The facilities at the camp were luxurious enough, being in the middle of the desert. It was freezing at night but the Jabelas they gave us provided us additional warmth over our warm clothes (we had prepared well for the cold in November end after reading the reviews), and while retiring for the night, once we got under the covers it was warm enough. They provide breakfast and dinner but if you want you can ask them in advancr to prepare lunch for you. The night comes with hot dinner followed by a bon fire and traditional Berber drums and singing and they ask us to dance too... It's fun. Hassan also led us deep into the desert to watch the stars. The stars are the best part about coming to these camps. The further the camps are the lesser are the facilities but the clearer the view of the milkyway. We had visited Wadi Rum in Jordan last year and even there the sky wasn't as clear. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much Hassan and your entire team and thank you for your help, your kindness and your blessings.

I didn’t expected to be happy because this lovely camp is really nice camp in the middle of the desert everything is beautiful the tent where we stayed and the food is very delicious Mohamed is a nice person and helpful quad bikes to see sunset is the best thing ever .

We loved our stay in desert camel luxury camp,it’s one of the most welcoming and friendly one in our morocco trip by now,it’s really very comfortable and relaxing,the location is right in the desert.the tent was very clean with private bathroom and the public area was well decorated!and the staff are sooo friendly and helpful ! Thanks all for making our stay so amazing and definitely will come back again !
