It was nice staff, nice place parking is guarded during the night and also it has pool , i had some trouble with no AC , it turned on but no cool air and i checkad in late so did not think about calling staff to fix it because they went to sleep as i arrived late at night , also was missing the remote for TV, all in all the place is good for a fast night sleep

Exceptional staff, great location, very accommodating. Good location. Also some of the best breakfast (the mloui is superb) in town, free. Also there is heating and AC, both rare in Azrou.

This was a wonderful hotel. Even if it was far from the Medina, it was surrounded by beautiful nature and I enjoyed it. Everything was great, the shower very hot water, TV , WiFi all working well. Nice warm blankets. Especially I want to thank the staff Ismael and isan who were so kind, so helpful, so generous and offered me the greatest hospitality. Breakfast so generous with extra gifts and love and care, by far the best I had in Morocco and they let me cook, they helped me with everything, I felt like a nice family. Many thanks for your kindness

This was a 5-star stay across the board! Service was top notch, the suite was spacious and very well appointed with a scenic and expansive balcony. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in a long while and I wish I could have taken the bedding home with me! The restaurant serves delicious meals and the breakfast will fill you for the entire day. We can't wait to return and book a longer stay, maybe in winter when there is snow and we can make use of the cozy fireplace.
