Good clean and cheap place in the expensive city

Staff are like family and very very friendly

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Rabat, with convenient access to the tram, bus network, local markets, and many of the city’s main tourist attractions. However, what impressed me most was not just the location, but the exceptional standards of cleanliness and the outstanding hospitality of the reception staff. In particular, I would like to commend Ms Hajar at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Her warm smile, excellent English communication skills, and genuine willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience. She consistently checked to ensure that everything was satisfactory and was always ready to help with any request. Overall, my stay was truly excellent. The combination of prime location, impeccable cleanliness, and remarkable customer service made this a memorable experience. I look forward to staying here again in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat.

Very friendly staff and clean room

Fell in love with everything there ... amazing experience thank you

Tasty breakfast, very clean and close to the delights of Rabat

Amazing and spacious room and comfy beds. It was good to find two water bottles in our room, especially in summer. The hotel is in a very good location close to the city centre. The breakfast was very good. I strongly recommend the hotel.

We were received by Khalid who was very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, just close to railway station. There are restaurant and grocery stores nearby. The room is clean and comfort.

The receptionist miraim, was very helpful and enthusiastic, despite the language barrier she helped me with anything I needed. Private bathroom was clean. The place doesn't deserve such a low rating.

The building is very nice and well located. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast amazing

I truly appreciate all the staff members—they are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to assist me. Asmae and the restaurant team, in particular, were exceptionally kind and often went out of their way to make us feel at home. This is my third stay at Smarts, and it continues to be a wonderful experience
