Amazing stay! Clean rooms, friendly people, great food! Perfect experience! Thank you for having us :)

The receptionist let me stay in the room after the check out time while I was waiting to catch a late afternoon bus to another city. They really didn't have to but they still let me rest and this was really nice of them ! Overall it's a good place ! Thanks!

The staff were very helpful and nice! I enjoyed staying there a lot!

Very nice room. The style was very Moroccan. The AC worked perfectly. A big room with a very comfortable and big bed. Nearby we could find the soul, restaurants, banks and a beautiful landscapes.

Super friendly staff, good location, easy check in and check out process.

Berbère Palace is a truly luxurious hotel with perfect architecture and an outstanding level of service. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully designed and surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a peaceful oasis atmosphere in the heart of the city—perfect for relaxing after the intense Sahara experience. The swimming pool is large, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding and enjoying the calm environment. We also truly appreciated the flexibility offered at checkout. Even though check-out time was at 12:00, we were kindly allowed to stay longer and enjoy the pool a bit more, which made our departure much more relaxed. A perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy true luxury. Highly recommended.

Personnel is very good, swimming pool area is excellent. Gym needs to be improved a little, apart from that everything was just great. We extended our stay for one more night

The location is good, close to all amenities, the room is clean, and the staff is excellent; everyone is very wonderful.

Very nice hotel in the middle of nowhere! Aircon is good and not cold in winter! Breakfast has many variety and pool view is nice!

A truly enchanting stay at Kasbah Yu Palace in Ouarzazate! Impeccable hospitality, stunning Moroccan architecture, and breathtaking views made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Stayed a few times here it's my favourite place to stay while in Ourzazate. Friendly polite staff. Good food, comfortable and clean rooms. Location is good with new restaurants around. Would recommend a stay here. Definitely

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! If we visit the south Morocco again, we definately want to stay there again! Marjolein en Jeroen, The Nethherlands

They were very welcoming, the room was big, clean and beautiful, not far from the airport and close to the city.

Friendly staff, great location, nice clean room. Good breakfast

Very good riad wit the pool. We were able to park motorbikes in the front yard. Hot water....!

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.
