Location was stunning, and the stuff is extra helpful

Flawlessly clean accommodation with daily varied hearty home made breakfast and a very helpful host. Quiet neighbourhood, fantastic views.

Staff was amazing! Lady at the reception (I am so sorry I forgot the name) is the kindest person ever. I was travelling with my child and they made out stay the most comfortable. Beach is just down a few flights of stairs, great location.

A nice part of the staff is pleasant (sha^me some never smile, event when saying hello), especially reception team, a part of rooms cleaning team and also of restaurant team. Animation team from FRAM is amazing (though I was not a FRAM guest) !!! They made my stay so much greater ! I especially attended animations from Lucas (and also a few from Matteo) but all animation team is great and their team animations are delightfull.

Loved everything about this accomodation! The location is a short 5 min walk to the old town and 5-10 min down hill to the beach promenade. The room was spotless and very comfortable. As it was off peak season we were offered a better room (so kind!!) which had the biggest balcony and gorgeous ocean/bay views! There was a fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee and tea. Recommend staying here!

The director who welcomed us at the hotel was very pleasant, and all praise goes to her for her professionalism, attitude, welcome, and organization. Then, special praise for the cleanliness—the rooms were very clean, the sheets were ironed, and the bathrooms were disinfected and well arranged. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff there were extremely kind and friendly.In the morning, you have enough time to check out without rushing and to relax. That is also something worth praising. Everything is peaceful and without any rush. Everything was wonderful!!! I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is truly special. Very unique and definitely has the wow factor! The room was very beautiful and the staff were always helpful. They all go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The croissants at breakfast were fantastic!!

For the proposed quality, the price is a bargain. My kids loved the kids club which was really great. The rooms were big and very nicely done.

We visited the hotel in September, the water was warm, the air temperature too. The food is excellent, varied, delicious. The team does its job perfectly, talented young people. Each guest is treated politely and all wishes are taken into account. During the stay, themed evenings and boat excursions were arranged. The location of the hotel is beautiful, the nature around is enchanting. The territory is neat, everything is decorated aesthetically and tastefully. The rooms are clean, cozy with daily cleaning. When we arrived we were told there is an issue with the type of room we have booked so they upgraded us to the apartment with sea view.

This hotel is a beautifully restored historical building. Everything in the hotel is designed with good measure. Service is excellent, breakfast has lots of choice (but gets very busy in season), and the spa is top notch.

The hotel is in a nice location and very easy to access, very helpful personnel with a good standard room. Breakfast is tasty with good quality food and plenty to choose from.

The staff was incredibely friendly and helpul. The food at the breakfast was amazing.

I had two floor apartment and was excellent.

The property is located along the main road through Herceg Novi, near the famous Kanli Kula. The breakfast is excellent. Caffe in ground floor has great terrace and view. The rooms are clean and tidy. Wifi works all the time without problems. The host is always at the guests' service. Bikers friendly accommodation.
