First of all the hotel owners are very nice and friendly couple. The hotel location is so good., close to kotor, perast and herceg novi. Hotel's view iş amazing. Food is so good and tasty.everything iş really fresh..if l go Montenagro again, my first choice to stay is Hotel lavanda.

The entire property is beautifully designed — from the elegant lobby and stylish rooms to the stunning private beach and breathtaking atmosphere of the bay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to every detail. The restaurant was excellent, with high-quality food, a diverse selection, and truly enjoyable dining experience every day. What impressed us the most was how professionally everything already functions despite the hotel being newly opened. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the whole stay even more pleasant. This hotel has all the potential to become one of the finest places to stay in Montenegro. One of the best breakfast we ever experienced. Beautiful and calm city to stay and travel around. For active travelers there is a path to walk or run 8km just by the coast. You can enjoy the spa and swimming pool which is big enough to swim.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The entire place was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely fantastic—always friendly and ready to help. The reception team deserves a special mention for being extremely responsive and supportive in any situation. Breakfasts were delicious with a good variety, and the coffee was excellent—perfect for starting the day. One of the highlights was the heated bathroom floors, which made a big difference during the cooler season. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping the room fresh and tidy throughout the stay. Another nice touch was the option to be taken to the parking area by electric car—super convenient! Overall, the hotel truly lives up to its 4-star rating and provides great comfort and service. Would definitely stay here again

We had a truly wonderful stay at Santa Boca made especially memorable by the exceptional staff. We would like to give special thanks to Djuro and Mohamed, who were incredibly caring, supportive, and always went out of their way to make our stay special. Everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive, from the cleaning staff to the bar, kitchen, and breakfast team, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, in a great location, quiet, and offers a fantastic view. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The perfect spot to relax and explore. Besides the truly beautiful facilities and the exceptional service of the staff, having the ferry close by was absolutely perfect for us. The ferry runs 24/7 and is free if you are on foot and €5 for a vehicle. The hotel was immaculate with everything done in a stylish and considered way. The breakfast spread was incredible and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. From here we could explore Kotor Herceg Novi Tivat Perast and Budwa. Knowing we could come home to our special room made it all memorable.

Perfect location, hospitable and helpful staff (huge respect, we celebrated my wife’s birthday and everybody was involved in preparing surprises), very clean and comfortable rooms, the restaurant is very good, great SPA space.

This was our third time in this hotel, and definitively not the last. Staff members are very polite and helpful. Ladies az reception and in Sales department are highly proffesional and truly appreciate loyal guest, therefore, they upgraded us and allowed very, very early check in. The hotel offers free parking just accross the street. Food is delicious and fresh. Our favourite dishes were risotto and all kinds of pasta. Meat, fish, salads, pizza, pastries, seasonal fruits are filled up all time dufing the meals. You have their national dish in every meal. The flavours are interesting and welcome. We do not drink alcohol, but non alcoholic coctails were very tasty and refreshing. Beach is clean, spacious, with showers , changing cabins. I specially enjoyed in pool with sea water. Bar on the beach is also excellent offering all kinds of drinks and pies, pizza, crroissants from 10 am to 18 pm. Rooms are spacious, clean, with enough towels, sheets, slippers, bathrobe. The bed linen is changeing every morning. I really do not have any complain or issue. Everything was perfect every time.

A beautiful place with an amazing sea view from the balcony, clean and well-equipped accommodations, delicious food, and the friendliest staff in the world. Everything was exactly as presented in the photos—and even better in person.
