It is a great location, near the most popular beaches, it takes literally 3 mins by car or motorbike to get to Jaz beach. It is very clean and spacious. Host was very pleasant and helpful. A restaurant and shops are just next to it.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing—so friendly and welcoming. We arrived very late due to a flight delay, and Dragana (I believe she was the owner?) was incredibly sweet! The next day, we spent our time by the swimming pool, which was clean and calm, making for a perfectly relaxing day. The drinks were great, but the food was unbelievably good. We tried all the seafood options on the menu during our 4-day stay, and everything was cooked to perfection. We also got hooked on the bread they serve—haha! Our room was fantastic—comfortable, clean, with a large balcony offering a beautiful view. We stayed for four nights, and the staff changed the towels and cleaned the room every day. Honestly, it couldn’t have been better, and we hope to return soon!

Hotel modern and beautiful, the location liked. Shops and beach within walking distance. We'll definitely come back! The room attendants very friendly and smiling when I asked for extra bedclothes, were given immediately. Breakfast liked as well, there was a little innovation every day and the food was not drab. We have a nice balcony where you could enjoy the view in the evenings.

We really loved this hotel. The next time we will be in Budva we would like to stay here again. Liliana was very kind, always helped and available 24/7 in WhatsApp. The breakfast was very good. A wide range of meals, even soy milk and chia seeds. Very tasty pancakes. The room was very beautiful and modern. It was quite big, we had a balcony with a beautiful view on the mountains. Always clean. There is a lot of light in the room. the window in the bathroom. The area is very quite and safe, but at the same time it takes 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the Old Budva. We didn't use the transport at all. Nearby there is a very good restaurant Piaza, which Liliana recommended to us. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy, it feels like home. We had a parking lot.

I would like thanks to Slobodan and Jelena who made our holiday more unforgettable. They both are amazing and taking care every each guest very well. We love the hotel and location of the hotel is amazing, very close to Budva Old city. For sure we will be back.

Beach is 5-6 minutes walking, old town is like 8-10 minutes walking… breakfast was just okay nothing special. AC is amazing as well as wi fi in rooms and lobby … Sure will book Atina again in the future

The location is the best, a few minutes walk from old town, the beach, a nearby supermarket, The tourist information point and also the bus station to small nearby towns. And also most taxi drivers knew the place by name it was easy. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and smelled wonderful. Highly recommend this place.

The property was lovely and so close to town . So easy to get restaurants, buses and port. We were actually so impressed the area was so central to everything. The staff at Hotel Perun were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a great selection. Beds and pillows were so comfortable . Thank you Hotel Perun 🫶🏼🥰
