The people at the property were so welcoming and friendly. They treated us like family. Always available to help. We took all our friends for dinner there over. The restaurant is amazing. Franco and Manuel were the friendliest people in Nosy Be. We will come back. The property is very clean

The owner and the staff are extremely helpful, the balgalows and the common areas as nicely decorated and very clean, food was good too, not too far from the centre, and last but not least the internet was pretty good for Madagascar and there is even a nice studying corner where it was nice to work from some days that I needed to.

The sex tourism in the village is uncomfortable (I’m being polite). Quite a bit of hassle, though not aggressive, from vendors and massage girls. Not our kind of place. Much preferred Ile aux Nattes and Belo sur Mer, but that is because they are quiet and authentic. Nosy Be most definitely is not.

Great diving and excursions but don’t stay at Hotel Ocean...

Great diving and excursions but don’t stay at Hotel Ocean Beach, Nosy Sakatia as they pressurise you do excursions upon arrival, pay for food in advance (then deny it it), swimming pool quarter full of brown water full of mosquitos next to accommodation with mosquito nets with holes in it. Our family left within the hour back to Nosy Be staying at Ravintsara Wellness Hotel which was so friendly and welcoming .

Very nice trip for Snorkeling 🤿, The beach is clean, Nosybe have a lot of tiny Islands around it who we are able to visit and each of them got interesting tourist activities. Security is good. I would recommend for your next trip

We were 5 days in Nosy Be. I would change that to 3-4 days. Nosy Be itself is not that nice. Can't really walk around and one has to take a tuk tuk everywhere. The beaches on Nosy Be are not that nice (I have very high standards). What is SUPER AMAZING is the two islands off of Nosy Be, Nosy Iranja and Nosy Tanikely (a national park). It's rather expensive to get to these islands, but they are definitely what the highlights are in this area.

The view is amazing, this was the 4th and final hotel we stayed at in our 18 day trip. The room had a kitchenette, microwave, large fridge, comfortable bed, outdoor patio seating and dining table. The location is close enough to town, but also far enough for a peaceful break. The breakfast is good and fairly priced. They don't cater for dinner, but do have agreements with restaurants for delivery.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and incredibly friendly. They helped us with any travel issues we had and ensured we were well provided for. The rooms were comfortable with a fan and the view was incredible. It’s right by the national park and the hotel arranged a tour guide for us for a fantastic and fair rate. Very spacious and private. The cook (additional fee per day) was amazing and she made us lots of lovely dinners to our requests, and even did the shopping each day. The house keeper was also very attentive and did our clothes washing for us after a week of trekking in Eastern Madagascar. Any issues were sorted promptly.

Beautiful place and very kind and helpful people. I can really recommend this place, also for solo travellers. It’s a peaceful place and everyone is nice. You can book day trips directly there and they also arrange a Tuk Tuk for you. If you want to feel home in Nosy Be, then book this place.🙂
