The authenticity of the place is stunning. Staff and their services were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It reflects the management they have at the hotel … hats off to the GM. The restaurant area along with the food and beverage are both amazing. Best location in town! Everything can be reached in distance walking.

We stayed at the Ibis and couldnt sleep at all. The Novotel was a welcome change. We regretted not booking the Novotel for all our nights in UB. The room was clean, spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and best of all you didnt hear noise form the outside which was a huge problem at the IBIS.

Perfect for Nadaam. Conveniently there is a E mart close by, a microwave and we tried the Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Mongolian restaurant and the food was consistently good. It’s exactly what you need for a busy Nadaam stay with in house Japanese Bath (perfect post horse riding or hiking trip). We loved how friendly the staff were and they stored our big luggage for us so we could pare down for our camping trip to the Taiga.

Everything! Location is just perfect, the staff are nice and efficient, the breakfast has quite a variety of options and the atmosphere is very relaxing and chill. The room also has everything you need and is very comfortable to rest well after exploring the countryside :)
