Nice location close to the big shopping mall & restaraunts. 20 minutes walk to the city center (the Chinggis khaan museum is a must). A very spacious room - clean and comfy. Breakfast was the same every day - but for 3 nights it didnt bother.

The staff took care of all our needs and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We can especially recommend our guide Cheggi. He gave us a great understanding of Mongolian culture through his tour and was able to answer every question we had. He also picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport in a very safe and entertaining manner. The airport transfer can be organized directly through the Hotel.

Definitely above standards for UB, it needs the staff to be either more proficient in English, or less shy. Overall, the stay was good, I was even upgraded to a suite, at the restaurant the service was a little too long. Better than most IBIS I stayed elsewhere.
