The facility was absolutely perfect. We were quickly picked up from the airport and settled into our room. The kitchen and bedroom areas were very clean. Also, everything was fully stocked in the shower. The room was warm enough. Their staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and they met our few requests immediately. We stayed for 1 night, but if we tour Mongolia, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much everyone.

Free transfer worked quite well even though we had to wait for some time for the driver and for all the people from our flight who booked this property. It takes ca. 20-30 mins to get to the property. The flat was really big and warm; bathroom amenities (tooth brush, shampoo, shower gel, etc) were provided. You can pay by card for your stay (NOT for the transfer back though)

Hotel free pick up service was perfect. It took 20-25 mins from Airport to hotel. A little bit outside of City, but its good news because of unfinished traffic jam of Ulaanbaatar. So, there is a restaurant lobby of hotel, you can eat some local foods, it was good. Also recepcionist woman was very helpful and kind. Abi who manager of hotel, has an efficient English and arranged us City tour. At the end of our short trip, hotel dropped off us to airport only 25USD. İf you have a plan to visit Mongolia, you should ne try that hotel.

We loved how staff treated us. The management talks very good in English and other staff also have big smile. Apartment is quite big. They provided tooth brushes.The first room we were assigned was a little messy, however they immediately changed the room within a minute or two. There is heating system in the apartment.

These apartments are a great choice if you have a flight the next morning or are on a layover. It is outside of Ulaanbaatar, on the way to the airport, so you avoid the traffic. It is still about half an hour to drive to the airport, but as far as i know, there is no accommodation closer to the airport than this one. The apartments are modern and spacious.

Good value and location - especially if you are coming from the airport, It's a good halfway point between the airport and city centre. There was a mixup with the airport pickup which was resolved seamlessly and the host was very communicative during this process which was appreciated. The receptionist Toya is also very lovely and helpful with requests. The free breakfast was gave us a good taste of traditional Mongolian breakfasts and was pleasant. The dinner option was our favourite and good value for money. Comfortable beds and host was very helpful with questions. We did not use the kitchen facilities so we cannot comment.

I was passing through and had to spend a night in Ulaanbaatar between my flights. Without local knowledge, I was admittedly a bit nervous about whether everything would go smoothly - but my worry was completely unfounded. The hosts were extremely thorough in answering my questions in advance, for example about airport pick-up or payment options. The shuttle service to the apartment complex about half an hour's drive away worked wonderfully, check-in and check-out without a hitch. The flat was simple but functional and extremely large. Unfortunately, I left too early to experience breakfast. I took out Mongolian tögrög at the airport and paid for both the accommodation and the taxi back to the airport in cash, which worked wonderfully. I'd be happy to stay there again any time.

The drive from the new airport takes a good 25min, which is quick in this huge country. The hosts were very friendly and could even provide breakfast at 7 AM (normally it starts at 9AM) because I had to leave early to catch my connecting flight. The apartment I stayed in was modern and spacious and had a great view of Ulanbaatar and the surrounding countryside. Mattress and cushion were nice and firm.
