The property was extra clean. Staff were amazing, kind and always ready to help. Chef was amazing and food was excellent. Laura was cheerful, kind and super helpful throughout out stay. Josan went above and beyond to accommodate us and made remarkable drinks. Sam really helped us with finding our way around and was also great at helping with what to pick for dinner and last but not least, amber was an amazing waitress.

Located 1.5 km from Flic en Flac beach, L'Oiseau de L'Ocean Tourist Residence offer free WiFi and features a swimming pool, hot tub and terrace with panoramic views of the bay. Very clean, accessible by bus 123, free shuttle to other bus stop or the beach, staff is great and breakfast super !

Sugar Beach is located on Flic-en-Flac beach, this luxury hotel offers views of the Indian Ocean and features a spa and wellness centre, tropical garden and large outdoor swimming pool. Very friendly and fun staff! Free activities (glass bottom, snorkling, aquafit, yoga, SUP, kayak, minigolf, table tennis, beach volley, ...) and shows at night. Fantastic and diverse food, each evening different style of food. You can even eat at the partner hotel. Beach and sunset are unforgettable. We will not forget this stay, simply amazing, thank you so much! Can by no means understand the overall 8.0 rating nor the 1.0 ratings by individuals, they seem to be just in no honest relation.

This luxurious 5-star Hilton resort has a beachfront location 4 km from Flic en Flac. It offers on-site diving tuition, a choice of 3 restaurants and a lagoon-style swimming pool. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help their guests. Breakfast was delicious every morning, as was the evening buffet. Ginger Thai on site is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Be sure to bring water shoes for the beach.

Overlooking the lagoon at Tamarin Bay, Sands Suites Resort & Spa is situated on Flic-en-Flac Beach. The resort boasts a spa, a gym and 2 tennis courts. Free Water sport activities are available. Hotel has the best location, it is on Flic en Flac beach, where it has the best view that you can get over Le Morne. There are several big names hotel along the same beach (hilton, maravandi villas, sofitel, sugar beach, la pirogue), but none of these have the view that Sands Suites have. Also the beach is much better integrated to the hotel with the infinity pool next to it, in comparison with the other hotels, which are somehow separated hotel versus beach. Rooms are very big, very comfortable, bathroom is something special, very big, with a big dressing included, a separate (with door) wc, both shower and bath tub provided. A special note for the personnel, which are very professional, very well mannered. Sports equipment included.

Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa, member of Leading Hotels of the World, is an exclusive haven of luxury spread over 27 scenic acres and 750 m of pristine beach. We stayed in Maradiva for 8 days for our honeymoon. We were a little apprehensive about staying in a resort as this isn't our usual type of preferred accommodation. However, Maradiva far exceed expectations of what a resort should be. It was a unique stay, where we had our own beautiful villa and pool, with luxurious amenities. The villa is serviced twice a day, with turn down service. The beach was mere seconds away (very well-kept, never crowded with well spaced sun loungers, and helpful staff who check on your comfort and provide drinks and snacks). There are three restaurants to choose from- each exquisite in their own way and any request catered for. There is also a lovely spa with heated pool, and gym. We had an absolutely amazing time in Maradiva- we were given complimentary Raj tent dining by the beach and a spa treatment for our honeymoon. Suffice to say this was a decadent experience, but the true gems of Maradiva are the staff who work tirelessly to look after the guests as if they are their own family members visiting them. Aqeel, Nitish, Pritila, Yeshta, and many others have made the whole experience beyond memorable. We will truly treasure our time in Mauritius & Maradiva, and will wholeheartedly recommend choosing Maradiva if you want an exceptional experience.
