Every staff member we met during our stay was respectful, kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet may have not had the widest selection but it was certainly varied and of high quality ingredients. The Asian restaurant was delicious and Anisha (our waiter) was just amazing. As it was my birthday, we received an upgrade to a private villa over the water which felt perfectly romantic and secluded. It was spacious, well designed and it must have been one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Wide selection of alcoholic beverages in the room (and I don't mean the minibar size ones!). Received a complimentary birthday cake as well :) The swimming pools were beautiful and not busy at all. The main one is near the reception and just below the two restaurants and the heated adults only pool is a short walk away. The beach was clean and dotted with palm trees. Water sports were available and we did some kayaking in the mangroves and spotted a lionfish. Also tried practicing some golf which was interesting. Visited the spa and had some very pampering moments as well. Overall, it is a luxury getaway far away from all the hustle and bustle where you can truly unwind, disconnect and enjoy the best of what Mauritius 🦤 has to offer.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They provided excellent recommendations and ensured our stay was perfect! In particular, Valerie at reception was incredible and made a lasting impression.

We had a wonderful time at 20 degres sud! Staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was great and we really loved the room.

Perfect small boutique resort, no children or families, tranquil. Spacious bedrooms and lots of sunbeds and seating options around pool or on the beach. Lovely and sweet staff, chatty and informative. A la carte option great at acceptable prices. We've joined for their Mauritian buffet night with very tasty food, plus the BBQ night which was well organised and again very tasty. Spa facility comfortable and relaxed. If you don't fancy the big resorts full of screamy children and drunks - this is the perfect alternative!

App for activity in the area too, plus best kite beach in the north in front on the hotel entrance. Overal very stylish, calm and top quality vibe with top notch team.

Located in a residential area, Mountain View features modern air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free private parking is available on site. The location of the property is perfect in La Gaulette. We were a 5-minute walk from a grocery store, excellent restaurant, small cafe, and ATM. The studio apartment had everything you need in the kitchen and made it really easy for us to cook most of our meals (pots, pans, bowls, plates, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, bread board, cups, mugs, wine glasses, etc). The studio is extremely spacious and the AC was glorious! The bed is huge with bedside plugs. The bathroom is large. We were very impressed with our stay and were able to have questions answered by our host very easily. We rented a car and were also able to park it on the property inside the gate which was comforting. 10/10 LOVE this place!

I would like to thanks every employee for the special time that I had on my vacations, the resort and location it's a wonderful and slice of heaven, and the Chrystal water was amazing, the food was delicious, everything was great and I loved, I will rate my experience in this amazing and wonderful place 5 of 5.
