- very helpful family-like staff responding to every request you have - delicious breakfasts and dinners, with a chef making sure you loved everything on your plate; dinners are different each evening, and you have a choice of dishes; fresh seafood! - rooms are cleaned every day, with water and coffee provided, as well as clean towels - I absolutely loved the excursions! I took two of them, every time being assisted by mr. Hasan in open water, i didn't have a thing to worry about! I also got nice video shootings of me snorkeling 🤿 - managers are always here to help you find your boat to the island in the airport; also you are met on the shore on your arrival to the spot - free beach towels every day and snorkeling equipment available - beautiful spacious room; I especially loved the balcony for you to have late coffee in an open air - I was also given a free little trip around the island on my first day by mr. Hasan! It's very comfortable as soon as I didn't know a thing about the location

Exceptionally friendly and guest-oriented staff. They helped a lot with many minor things during our stay. Local guide Saandu proposes very entertaining and price-worthy trips in the surroundings - sincere recommendation. Comfortable and clean room. Direct access to the reef but quite far from the bikini beach.

Their service are so good and lots of actives in there, such as crab racing (which is my favorite), feeding sharks, music and dancing, tug of war, etc. And the dive and water sports center are also very professional and nice. I went to the DSD(discovery scuba dive) and the trainer Reece Page are so nice and patient, he even gave me his mask because mine was fog! Very nice guy. And the cleaner is also good, he did cleaning twice a day and he always fold pajamas for me😂 So cute

The room was sparkly new and clean and the adjacent breakfast place was the best breakfast I had in the Maldives. Standard in content, but a lot and very fresh. Staff was very friendly and helped us with our bags to and from the jetty.

Have to start by saying that our stay at Rattehinn exceeded our expectations. It feels home, as a one united family. Having the opportunity to interact with owners, staff and guest was invaluable and unique. If you are looking to connect with pure nature and experience true local culture this is the place for you. You can have a good snorkeling and beach experience here.

You can have a good snorkeling and beach experience here. The islanders far outnumber the tourists. The island is generally quiet and clean but it does have a lot of modern infrastructure in a small area. We didn’t dive but there is a local dive shop. We also saw several live aboards anchored nearby so the diving must be good.

We enjoyed our stay in this small island because we were lucky to find a place we really liked. Small quest house can be a personal like a home and we felt very well taken care of and had fun every day with the staff. Sun (27-30 C), sea (turquoise), snorkling, (colourful fishes, corals, shipwreck) photography and in the evenings there was peace and quiet to paint and read. Lovely days!

From reception to hospitality, service, healthful fresh food and above all the many cultural creative aspect to Vaali lodge. Build with natural materials, beautiful courtyard, so many flowers and the many creative and culturally authentic touches which made our stay exceptional. The location was truelly local, the island stunningly beautiful,peaceful and natural. The daily prayers from the mosque were wonderful. its local people so hospitable. It exceeded our expectations and we are truely grateful and happy for our stay. With our thanks and appreciaton. We hope one day to return. Anna and George.
