Facing the beachfront in Huraa, Kanborani features a shared lounge and a terrace. My wife and I had a memorable stay at Kanborani. Everything was great, Abdulah and Miruza (the owners) and their team made everything in order to have a vacation as we desired. Without any doubt, they have been the best guesthouse owners that we met. Breakfast was taisty, fresh and different each day. The sea trips were fun and amaizing. Even more, they organized a free diner for Christmas and they also invited us for a free lunch in town after our arrival. The local beach, the ocean water and its fauna were breathtaking. For sure we will return someday here.
Featuring free WiFi and a barbecue, The Sunrise Huraa offers accommodations in Huraa, a 25-30-minute speedboat ride away from Male city. Guests can enjoy the in-house restaurant. Extremely friendly environment. Big thanks to Samir, his son and the team. We liked how they run the place, the overall attitude. They listen to previous feedback as also reusable glass bottle with water was put into the room, not just plastic ones. We didn't expect to be greeted at the port and taken back as it's a short walk but we were. The food was amazing and for reasonable price. Kudos to the cook. Public bikini beach with free sunbeds and some umbrellas some 5mins walk away. Not much sea-life to be seen there and for that you need to go on a boat trip. We also went for a more distant private island for more money where the sea life was better but also wanted to experience the real Maldives and we're completely happy with our stay here.
Facing the beachfront, Pearl Sands of Maldives offers 4-star accommodations in Huraa and has a garden, private beach area and terrace. Everything perfect, 200% value for money, beach houses on a private island, many activities available, really worth...

Maakoalhi Lodge features a shared lounge and a garden in Huraa. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the... Room is incredibly prefect. Shidad and team are wonderful and made my holiday lovely! Love bike and snorkeling activities. I don’t think I could find anywhere better than here. Five stars service with reasonable price. I would love to be back to stay at Maakoalhi Lodge :)
Sunset Holidays is set in Huraa. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a private beach area and free bikes. Great place to stay if you look for a real Maledivian cultural experience. We learned a lot about the island from owner and his family. Good food and clean room.
Maldives Seashine is a guest house with modern and air-conditioned rooms offering free WiFi. Everything was more better than expected, because of the way the staff created our one-week-stay in Huraa!! Personal wishes were being cared of, Breakfast was made right after we got up (at any time! No strict schedule), Waking up calls, snorkeling trip at a mesmerizing snorkeling point and even a mobile phone to call one of the employees if we had questions and SO MUCH MORE! We miss the kind way these People tried to make the best out of our journey and they really achieved it. The best choice we could actually make was to book sea shine, and we are MORE THAN HAPPY that we did it! Nafiz (the Boss) and his crew are one of a kind! Beautiful island with even more beautiful people; so heartwarming, happy and polite humans! The huge Room with its bathroom was perfectly clean! We often spend our time at the lobby and watched movies (they offered channels in almost every language; we preferred english but they had german as well) They drove us to the beach and picked us up there with a private Buggy whenever we wanted! At our last day we really didn’t want to leave! I recommend this place to everybody, doesn’t matter if your doing honeymoon, family vacay, or a girls trip!!!!! Definitely better than at a resort we headed right after we spend 7 days at sea shine; I’m just saying ! Miss this Place already :( and I’m 100% coming back!
Beach Heaven Maldives offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. A restaurant is available at the property, which is located on Huraa Island and 12 mi from Malé Airport, 1 hour and 30 minutes by... Everything was good, the rooms are very big and clean, the staff is very nice, also the food is perfect. We recommended this accommodation 100%. They have very nice tours/excursions by boat, safari, snorkelling , diving and much more.
Vibrant with tropical flowers, Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a garden-style resort arranged as a traditional Maldivian village on its own coral island. Quiet, landscape, privacy, friendly staff, activity, clean and comfortable Lagona. Unforgettable memories. Well organized resorts.
The island was nice. But the jewel is the staff at The Sunrise Huraa. They give you 5 star service and quality while you relax on your vacation. Their snorkeling tour was the best snorkeling I’ve ever had in my life. I even got to touch and snorkel with a friendly turtle, saw manta rays and hundreds of dolphins. The dinner by the beach was amazing and the food prepared by the chef is superb. I give the sunrise huraa a 15 out of 10. Superb service, great food, and great staff. I truly had an amazing vacation while staying at this guesthouse.
We chose this place mainly in order to avoid dependence on air traveling to and from the resort. And it turned out to be a good decision. The resort is well maintained, though there is not much activity to do unless you like to snorkel and there is actually only one spot that worth the snorkling on this resort. I can refer only to the resort and not the area (Huraa).
Sweet little island, my favourite of all the Maldivian Islands I have visited. The people of Huraa are very friendly and inviting. There are lots of activities to be enjoyed- snorkelling, surfing, wakeboarding, sunbathing- something for everyone, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Finihiyaa Inn on Huraa for accomodation.
Nice place, but a lot of rubbish here, the same as a others islands what I visited- Dhiffushi, Male, Hulhumale. It is nice to visit and see other places on the World, lives of local people and other culture. On Huraa are so big palm trees, lot of crabs, coral near to bikini beach, nice place for snorkeling.but late afternoon not so clean sea on bikini beach is next to waste dump :O(( morning is sea wonderful :o) on Huraa is good bakery, they make there good hamburger and stuffed baguette, fresh juice, if they have some fruit :o)) there are e few shops with good pineaple and baby banana - amazing sweet:o)
Huraa is an inhabitated island, the people is incredibly kind and friendly, restaurants (2) are very good and not expensive at all (I went on may and average price for meals was 10 USD/person including salad, 2 main and dessert sweets. All the beaches in there are amazing, you can swim and do snorkel in local beaches respecting their traditions (Girls with one shirt and shorts is enough by our experience) bikini is allowed for girls in bikini beach, a piece of paradise where you can find yourself totaly alone 60% of the time (is like a private beach for you :D). There are several shops where you will find all sort of products as sodas, juices, ice creams, etc and a few shops to buy souvenirs as well. There is a new bakery/Ice cream shop that makes really good ice creams. I only ask you to respect local life if you decide to go there and you will be respected, people is incredibly kind and friendly and we all want this to continue in this way. There is an amazing culture in there that all of them will be happy to share with you so, please, respect, learn and share the best part of you with them.
