Room was spotless. Bed was comfy. Aircon excellent and bathroom pristine. Location perfect just across from Capu Station.

For the type of hotel they totally exceed my expectation, the staff was super helpful, room was small but clean but this is a bus station hotel I was expecting so little and they surprised me.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very helpful, especially the receptionist Erika!

The room was clean and spacious, and the view in the morning on the active volcano was great.

Not good. The cook was not taking orders for any egg dish. She was only doing pancakes

I liked the comfortable room specially the bed and the location.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The location is peaceful.

The staff are the best. And the value is awesome. I flew my drone here and had many Victorian baths. Also they have loads of agaves and other plants. Could probably do with a refurb but still very nice

Loved that spoke English. The food was really. Locked parking area and enough parking. 😀 Will definitely come back here. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Also a pet friendly hotel.
