Gorgeous place on the lake, very tranquil and comfortable stay

I am honestly in awe of my experience! The rooms were so big, spacious. The service was absolutely excellent. What truly amazed me was how the staff handled everything during code Red; they made us feel so safe and kept us informed at all times. Their calm, reassuring presence made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough! I stayed here 12 night with my 2 daughters. I will definetly come back.

The staff were lovely, the amenities (grounds, pool, games room, workout area) were excellent. The room itself was nice.

Great hotel in good location. Continental breakfast every morning. Very friendly staff. Heat in bedroom, which is a rarity fir Mexico.

Common area with deck chairs and pool, next to the bar, was fantastic. Room was beautiful.

I am a bird watcher so I loved the garden setting. I also walked the road leading up to the mountain. The pool was big enough to swim in, not just dangle the legs over the edge. Breakfast offered choice and included fresh juice, fruit and coffee as well as the main. Local buses plus direct buses to Guadalajara pass in front of the hotel so it is easy to get around the area very cheaply.

The entire Staff was very polite, professional, helpful and cheery. We had a beautiful room with a king bed - The breakfast was excellent - the outdoor area is small but very relaxing with plants and trees well maintained. Walking distance to the boardwalk along Lake Chapala - enjoyed a few local restaurants - Chatterly's and Romeo and Julieta - excellent. Homemade banana bread from a vendor on the main road near Centro was fabulous.

Bethany and the others there were very nice. The grounds were well maintained and the breakfasts were just what we needed in the morning. Lots of coffee and fruit.

Friendly hosts. Beautiful garden/pool area. My room was very clean with a wonderful garden view.

We left immediately after arriving. The tranquil atmosphere in the lobby was promising. But the rooms turned out extremely small with a bed so small two adults can impossible sleep on it. Ventilator wasn’t working! There was loud music of one of the other guests, the hotel personnel did not say anything of it. All rooms are very close to each other and therefore there is absolutely no privacy. Since we booked only one hour before arriving, but had expected a little flexibility of the owner. But he refused any form of refund and told us to arrange something with Booking. I would strongly advise everyone not to go here. It’s totally overpriced for what it offers and poor service of the owner.

Rumy, the front desk, was most helpful and was very patient until the issues that we wanted dealt with. He was wonderful.
