Very nice hotel. I traveled for work and it was clean and comfortable. Would come back again. The staff were super nice and helpful.

Location, rooms, facilities, breakfast, prices

The location is perfect right in the city centre. Breakfast at sister's hotel Emily was great so worth the price. There is a lift and parking spaces for whoever has. A car like we did. Luggage storage and the room itself was spacious.

The room were comfortable and spacious. The hotel in general was fully renovated with modern finishes while maintaining the colonial charm. The hotel had like a food plaza in the ground level, the included breakfast is good.

A very large, clean and comfortable room. The staff weee also friendly.

Great location, super nice staff, clean rooms. Real good breakfast buffet. We love our stay. We will definitely be back.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Everything felt new. The bathroom was large and equipped with toiletries, hairdryer etc. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I returned to Pachuca. The staff were friendly too.

La decoración y el tamaño de la habitación

Satisfied that the environment is very elegant, although the facilities are not very new, but the emphasis is on cleanliness.

I had a clean bed, a shower and a toilet,, and that's just what I needed to spend one night. Near the bus central station.

The staff went well out of their way to provide the best possible stay. Thank you very much 😊

The reception and attention at arrival was good, correct and professional.

Modern hotel with stylish rooms and confortable beds, good shower as well, great breakfast selection, parking available in the basement, located at the edge of the city center
