AustraliaCasa Morada is a gem of a hotel. Everything was more than perfect. Fer was ourstanding and very helpful. There is a shop with home made marmalades, chocolates and spices and you can taste them before you buy. The room was beautiful and the view fantastic, towards the monolith. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Everything was near, restaurants, plaza, church. This is an amazing place and we cannot wait to come back next time.

The way to the city center is also just a small walk down hill.
It was a the perfect spot in Bernal.
Parking was also easy possible.

The monolith is the attraction and it is quite spectacular.
The monolith is the attraction and it is quite spectacular. But not an easy climb. There are a lot of good restaurants and bars in Bernal. We spent a day in Bernal, which was plenty and drove to Tequisquiapan for another day. Two days in Bernal would have been too much for us.

Beautiful small town with the obvious things to do like...
Beautiful small town with the obvious things to do like hiking the Peña and visiting the town itself. However there are many fun activities to do there or near by for all types of travelers. From wine tasting, gastronomy lovers, adventure seekers or just your good ol’ fashions relaxed getaway!

Very nice town and location.
Very nice town and location. People being the downside of the trip, it may be that they got it easy with many people going there so they don’t have to be friendly nor serviceable. Or they are just tired of getting crap from tourists but this location is a long way from the level of service you see in many other places in México.

Very nice atmosphere of the hotel and the room, it looks pretty new, we had a small balcony which we enjoyed in the evening and you have view to the monolith, large and comfortable bed, nice hot shower, large parking area directly at the hotel, 10 minutes to walk to the center of the town, 5 minutes to walk to several street restaurants, we slept very well and would book again any time

Room 3 is the biggest room, has a king size bed and a magnificent terrace overlooking the rock. We paid extra for the room once at the hotel and it was well worth the money.
Mariano, the front man, was very helpful and friendly. He runs a car service to the vineyards, too!

Incredible location on the foot hills of the Peña de Bernal, the closest to the hill paths and a short stroll into the town. Night duty staff was very friendly and provided excellent information on the surrounding area.
