The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff very welcoming and warm. We especially loved the resident cat(s).

It's a beautiful building . The two staff members were absolutely amazing. I had a big problem. I won't go into detail but they couldn't have helped any more. They were superstars. I couldn't appreciate them any more. Would definitely stay again just for the staff being so amazing
