The staff is friendly. The lobby area is adorable. We ate dinner in the restaurant, it was delicious. Complimentary breakfast was good too. We could choose from four options, all came with fruit and either coffee or tea. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but not bad. AC worked great.

Very clean. Just in the outskirts of the town centre, right behind a big supermarket (for snacks ). When we went there were lots of roadworks so walking to the centre was the best option and took us 15 mins only- practically a straight line, so very easy. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and spare blankets as when we went it was still cold at night. Fyi, the hot water is from solar panels so not that hot very early in the mornings. Jose was very accommodating and friendly. There are 3 pools and other facilities but we didn’t use them.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this dome. It was directly on the way to the main attraction in Tolantongo. Overall a very clean and peaceful experience.

The beds were comfortable, it was really nice that one of the beds was king sized! The whole place is very cute and clean and well maintained. We went to "Carnitas de Puerto tlazintla" taco place nearby that was amazing. Would absolutely recommend!!
