The room was cozy, clean and modern. The pool area was beautiful, the staff had pool towels ready. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This hotel felt like a small resort. We stayed in a room but they had little private villas as well. Beautiful location

One night stay during visit to Jalpan, the room and bed where confortable and safe, is alittle distance from city center but it was good for our purposes, we had a quiet good night sleep.
