I loved everything about the property. The breakfast is great, beds are comfy, service is excellent, staff are very friendly.

Great location, feel safe, relaxed and calm. The installations are good, there was everything I needed. The room and the corridors smell amazing (there's some perfume applied). It's also not that expensive, especially for what you get. Also the bed is huge which is amazing.

I loved the concept I wish there was more varietity of food. And room service available

I love Ramada Encore Queretaro! with it’s super comfortable beds, pillows, comforters! Great gym and nice lap pool, as well as one of the best breakfast bars! The staff is very friendly and helpful and I love the “Huevo Cartoon” witty theme of the Building (beautiful Architecture). You will love staying here in Queretaro.

Perfect location to visit the UNAM campus, lots of options for restaurants or grocery stores. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast options.

The hacienda is beautiful! The decoration is great and the rooms are spacious and well designed. Bathroom has good toiletries and a decent shower. The restaurant is great! Very good dishes and great staff.

Location was perfect for us as it's the closest Hotel to Family Shower was powerful and hot. The Buffet Breakfast has a wide selection and worth the money Rooms were clean and a very comfortable Bed .

The location is good as it is inside o a mall's parking. The staff is incredibly gentle and nice, always willing to help. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean, either in common areas and in the room. The breakfast is simple, but with a good variety of meals that allow you to choose what you like.

It was comfy, clean, had all the necessary things covered, a small coffee lounge and vending machines in the lobby, the only politic was to not to smoke but I brought my food and could eat in my room, no time slot imposition to get out or back in. It was in front of a Bus Station.
