The property was spotless, the staff incredible and the service amazing. Everything is new, clean and very well taken care off. The rooms are huge and come with a fully equipped kitchen. We had a flat tire and the manager immediately helped us, calling someone to fix it for an incredible price!

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the main square. Very quiet room although we had a view of a stone wall!!! Enjoyed using the swimming pool in the afternoons plus the other one at the sister hotel, Hotel Campeche which kept the sun for longer. Appreciated our complimentary small glass of Margarita. Large spacious room & bathroom with comfy beds.

We liked the room, the pool, the quiet courtyard, the proximity to the Centro, the free on-street parking, the people who care for the place, how friendly and kind everyone was to us as foreigners, and how well maintained and beautifully designed the Hotel Casa de Piedad is.
