Loved that it was close to airport. Pool was amazing.

Nice helpful people-- who felt bad about the Booking misunderstanding (see below) about breakfast and made me today and coffee!, Funky rather baroque decor, quiet street,, comfortable bed, pristine linens, lots of closet space and benches for luggage.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the courtyard area is lovely. The staff fixed the shower as soon as we asked.

It is hard to find anything bad to say about this property. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and worked so well together to help each other out. The room was beautifully kept, very clean and in good condition with no real maintenance needed. The guests were of all ages and there were full rooms over the holidays. The breakast was a great quality food and with really great service. Nothing was too much to ask from this team. Daniel is always at the desk and keeps the place in good running order. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Staff were lovely, my spanish is basic at best and the receptionist was very helpful. I got the room up highest floor. Lovely room but there needs to be black out curtains and the door needs to not let light in during the day. It gets super hot because the sun is shining directly over the room . The room itself was adequate and clean.

The hotel was beautiful but what was really outstanding was the staff, all of them. They made our stay memorable. My daughter wad the flu and stayed mainly in the room, and she was taken care of :) Staff went the extra mile.

Great value for price! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We booked the hotel last minute during a very busy season (Dia de los Muertos), and it had exceeded our expectations. Great place with very helpful and kind stuff! Cleanliness of the room like in a 5-star hotel.

Everything! The breakfast was great, the communication with the virtual front desk, the recommendations, the room! Not far from the city center, close to a great mixtec restaurant. We highly recommend this place! Would always come back here again :)

Absolutely wonderful stay. This clean and cosy hotel is perfectly located close to everything and on a quiet street so there is no noise at night, The staff were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. This will be our first choice when we come back!
