Overall unit design very good. Exterior landscaping very good. Would suggest a planting screen between pool and parking lot to hide the Kiosko.

It's beautiful place to stay especially the room has kitchenette its very important if you like to cook in your own if you dont like to eat outside. Very friendly stuff easy to communicate. And our housekeeping Lupita is very friendly have always smile everytime you talk to her. And she try her best to talked to us even she can't speak English. She did a great job doing our room and she even asked us if we like to have a dish rack. But of course the people in front desk are very friendly and easy to communicate. Very well taken care of Hotel, with exceptional views. Staff are so friendly. My flight getting into PV was late and I kept trying to call the desk to apologize but didn't realize it's really not a big resort type place so they just have a security guard at night who didn't speak English. (My bad) Rest assured your room will be waiting there for you, they are very organized. When I arrived later at night my keys and everything were all waiting there. Lovely heated pool. Centrally located. If you are coming to Mexico to party excessively this hotel will not be for you. Perfect place to read a couple books and get some sun, also good value for families since most meals are included. Beds were very comfortable.

Pool room was noisy from entertaining at night. Room bathrooms was outdated dripping taps, floor needed scrubbing in shower. Offer ocean room next time Staff was friendly and helpfull., food was excellent for a buffet Would go back ,but to oceanfront room to get away from noise.
